Winter 2021 CPR Recertification Classes

MSHVFAS requires that ALL members recertify in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers each year. On this note, we host our annual recertification courses each winter season in the hopes that everyone will be on the same cycle. Even if you've completed your EMT course in 2020, we suggest taking the course now, so you remain on the same 1-year cycle as everyone else.

Cadets, regardless of when you graduated from the class, you should all plan on taking one of these recertification classes.

Also, the American Heart Association released updated guidelines for BLS providers last year which will be taught so it is crucial all members become comfortable with these new standards.

Additionally, this year we will be doing hands-on practice with the AutoPulse at the end of the class. It is requested everyone review the training videos prior to the class by logging into your account here or register for a new account here. If prompted, the registration key is Millburn.

Again, please make every effort to attend as we do not plan on hosting any recertification throughout the year for those who expire. If you cannot make any of the dates listed, or have any outstanding questions, please contact Aaron Bell at
